Manager - Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) - 6 days working

Location: Mumbai OR Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units

- Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment decisions

- Monitor performance against plans and provide actionable insights to leadership

2. Business Finance

- Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Operations, and Product teams

- Drive unit economics analysis, pricing strategy, and margin optimization

- Support business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and product launches

3. Variance Analysis & Reporting

- Conduct monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast

- Identify key drivers of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions

- Prepare dashboards and executive-level reports with clear narratives and visualizations

4. Strategic Planning & Decision Support

- Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategic planning

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarks

- Provide financial insights to support M&A, fundraising, and expansion strategies

The Successful Applicant:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA - 80% in Class 10 and Class 12

- CA or MBA Finance with 4 years of experience in business finance
