Job Title: Business Process Manager
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project/Program Management:
Lead the full lifecycle of projects and programs, from initial analysis and scoping through execution, delivery, and post-implementation review. Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Consulting-Driven Analysis:
Apply your consulting toolkit to uncover, synthesize, and analyze critical business information. Advise on data collection methodologies, ensure data integrity, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and drive consensus. Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your consulting experience to challenge assumptions and uncover deeper insights.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design enhancements. Support the adoption of best practices and monitor the impact of implemented changes.
Data-Driven Storytelling:
Develop compelling presentations and executive-level reports using PowerPoint and Excel. Use data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Financial & Business Modeling:
Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling to inform project decisions and measure ROI.
Change Management:
Drive change management initiatives, supporting teams through transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems.
Project Coordination:
Track project deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ensure project milestones are met and report progress to leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor industry trends, benchmark performance, and provide actionable insights to inform ongoing business transformation.
Education - Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Required:
Minimum 2 years in business consulting (strategy, operations, organizational development, or related fields), with demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects/programs.
Preferred:
Experience in matrixed or complex environments, especially within US Healthcare or Insurance industries.
Skills:
- Strong project/program management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to synthesize complex data and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in data visualization and executive reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate analysis into impactful narratives.
