We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing clean-tech & automation solutions company. The role is ideal for professionals from the wind energy sector who can blend strong business development skills with technical understanding of windmill inspection and energy auditing.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Drive B2B sales for windmill inspection solutions across large wind energy farms and companies
- Engage with stakeholders at wind energy firms, OEMs (like Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa), and energy auditing firms to identify opportunities
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical teams
- Present tailored solutions, demonstrate ROI, and convert leads into successful closures
Technical Understanding & Consulting:
- Work with wind energy companies to assess structural integrity, productivity, and performance of windmills
- Translate client challenges into customized solutions with measurable business impact
- Stay updated on latest industry practices in windmill inspection and energy auditing
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and MOM (minutes of meeting) documentation
- Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and overall sales performance
- Travel as required to client sites to drive business growth and relationship management
Skills Required:
- 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in wind energy, automation, or clean-tech industries
- Exposure to wind energy farms, OEMs (e.g., Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa), or energy auditing firms
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and closures
