About the Role:


- Diligente Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence across India.

- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying and developing successful business partnerships.

- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:


- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with Diligente Technologies' business goals.

- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

- Maintain existing business relationships, and seek to expand the services provided.

- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients and partners through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.

- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets and customer needs.

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to penetrate new markets.

- Think critically and strategically when planning to ensure project success and achieve business objectives.

- Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and partnership performance.

- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.

Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience, preferably in the technology sector.

- Proven track record of success in generating new business and building strategic partnerships.

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think critically and strategically.

- Focused and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.

- Proficiency in CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills.
