Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential clients for permanent recruitment solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to permanent recruitment.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics and potential areas for growth.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within upGrad Rekrut's suite of services.
Proposal Creation and Presentation:
- Prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of upGrad Rekrut's permanent recruitment solutions.
- Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both upGrad Rekrut and the client.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on permanent recruitment solutions.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and permanent recruitment trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of relevant technology tools and platforms in the staffing industry.
