About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can effectively communicate in Russian and English (both spoken and written) and build strong business relations with clients across Russia, Gulf countries, and Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage client servicing activities in Russia, Gulf, and Asian countries.

- Achieve business targets by acquiring and managing international clients.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.

- Generate new business opportunities in the Recruitment, Manpower, and Staffing industry.

- Understand client requirements and provide effective manpower solutions.

- Represent the company professionally in all client communications.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

- Proven experience in Business Development and Client Servicing.

- Prior experience in Recruitment, Manpower, or Staffing industry will be an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle international clients.
