Manager - Business Development - Software/UX Design Services
Role & Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, and partnerships - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to improve sales tactics and customer offerings.
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in B2B Tech solutions Sales, with a focus on selling UX/UI services or digital transformation consulting solutions
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience in hunting new leads, fixing meetings, and closing deals with CXO-level stakeholders
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong consultative selling experience - including handling proposals, pricing, RFPs, and end-to-end sales cycles
- Mandatory (Core Skills 1): Should be confident in outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM - added advantage), pipeline management, and reporting
- Mandatory (Company): UX/UI Design Studios OR Software Tech Service companies
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Hunter Profile with proven skills in Business Development/ Consultative Sales/IT Sales
- Strong experience in building and executing aggressive sales strategies that result in rapid business growth, prior experience in B2B/SAAS/BFSI & consulting domains
- Strong understanding of sales analytics, CRM tools, and business development techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Having worked in a Management Consulting/BFSI/Fintech domain/IT sales
- Exposure to the UI/UX industry will be an added advantage
- Candidates living in and around the Office location will be given a preference
