Manager - Business Development - Leading SaaS Logistics Firm

Key Deliverables:
- Lead the Business Development/Sales team, guiding them in the development and execution of strategies for outbound lead generation and new sales.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Executes all aspects of the customer lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution to secure expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Build market awareness and create new sales, successfully positioning the company's strategy, vision, and market leadership with key business executives and functional decision-makers in all customers and prospects.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Effectively and efficiently prioritizes quantitative and qualitative research efforts to evaluate new market opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions and differentiate from competitors.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaboratively work with the management and all the concerned departments to design, plan and execute a sales demonstration program (including determining sales/demo objectives and designing demo scenarios to meet internal and external requirements).

Job Specification (What Will You Need):
- MBA with 5-6 Years of work experience.
- If you have worked in the Retail/Supply Chain Tech /FMCG in emerging markets, it will be a huge bonus.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
