We're looking for an RPO Growth Manager to fuel our next chapter - a high-agency individual who brings deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment ecosystem, especially how scalable hiring partnerships are built from the ground up.

You're wired for outcomes - not just activity.

You take ownership of your numbers, operate with intent, and move fast without losing the human touch.

This isn't a leadership-over-team role - it's a hands-on, strategic IC position that sits at the heart of our growth engine.

You'll be the face of Reed & Willow in first conversations, the voice behind thoughtful pitches, and the mind driving new business wins

What You'll Do:

- Grow New Business Pipelines, Identify and engage prospective clients looking for RPO, hiring support, or talent strategy - through targeted outreach, cold calls, emails, and professional platforms.

- Lead Opportunity Generation, Own and execute outbound and inbound lead generation efforts.

- Consistently build and manage a pipeline of relevant, high-intent prospects.

- Represent Us on the Ground, Attend HR/Tech events, networking forums, and industry meetups - championing Reed & Willow's brand and building early-stage relationships with potential partners.

- Contribute Directly to Revenue Goals, Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Convert qualified leads into strategic accounts by understanding client needs and aligning them with our talent solutions.

- Collaborate to Win, Partner with internal teams - from Talent Advisory and Branding to Research, to craft thoughtful, insight-led proposals and client pitches.

- Own Your Sales Journey, Drive the full sales cycle for your accounts - from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure - while aligning closely with the broader sales strategy.

What You'll Bring:

- 7+ years in staffing, recruitment sales, or RPO business development.

- Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, and closing deals with CXO/HR stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of how talent functions work - across both in-house and outsourced models.

- Confident presenter, skilled negotiator, and a relationship builder at heart.

- Comfort with sales tools, CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms.

- Strong market sense - you're curious, commercially aware, and always looking for new opportunities
