Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Business Development
Location: Faridabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across industries.
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings (new & existing) to understand needs and present Discover Psychometric Assessments.
- Deliver product demos and handle client queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle negotiations and drive closures to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities till final conversion.
- Open to client meetings over lunch/dinner and offsite locations.
- Willing to travel pan-India for face-to-face client interactions.
