Role Overview
We seek a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our recruitment service offerings (permanent hiring, contract staffing, RPO, executive search). You'll be pivotal in identifying and nurturing client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and collaborating closely with delivery teams for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential industries and target companies.
- Generate leads via cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, events.
- Qualify prospects and establish engagement channels with HR heads, TA leaders, CXOs.
- Maintain a qualified sales pipeline in CRM.
- Lead sales lifecycle: needs assessment, customized proposal, pricing, negotiation, deal closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., RPO, walk-in drives, executive search, recruitment technology).
- Conduct continuous research on market trends, competitor offerings, and talent needs.
- Refine BD approach based on insights and emerging industry dynamics.
- Coordinate with recruitment delivery teams on client mandates and ensure successful placements
- Provide timely feedback loops to internal teams and escalate client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional forums.
- Cultivate long-term relationships to fuel future business expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field; MBA preferred.
3-5years of BD/sales experience, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
