Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary: Up to 20 LPA

Experience Required: 5+ years in business development or sales within the real estate finance industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage real estate developers to address their financial needs.

- Foster relationships with developers and channel partners.

- Negotiate and structure financial transactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and compliance.

- Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience with private equity, banking institutions, and structured debt/equity funds.

- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM)
