Position: Business Development Manager - Interior Fitouts
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development efforts for workplace interior fitout projects, design & build fit out projects, base build, and greenfield projects.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, market research, and relationship building.
- Manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and prepare customized proposals to meet their business needs.
- Maintain and expand a strong client database, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, procurement) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to strategize business growth.
- Monitor and analyze business performance and report on sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the Real Estate, Interior Design & Build, Fitout, IPC, or Architect Supplier industry.
- Proven track record in business development, especially in Interior Fitouts, Design & Build projects, or related segments.
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate and Interior Fitouts ecosystem.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong client management and proposal development skills.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, target-driven, and excellent interpersonal skills.
