Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 10+ years in the real estate industry to drive growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution.
- Track and report on business development activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, with 5+ years in real estate.
- Proven success in sales, client relationship management, and meeting targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in high-value real estate projects.
- Familiarity with real estate legalities and contract management.
