Job Brief: Business Development Manager
Client: Asset Management Co. in Real Estate Finance
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ years in business development within the real estate finance industry
Working Days: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM
Qualification: Master's in Finance, Business Admin, Real Estate, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage real estate developers, offering tailored financial solutions.
- Build relationships with developers and channel partners.
- Lead financial transaction negotiations and structuring.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, etc.) for smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability and risk management.
- Represent the company at industry events and expand market presence.
- Lead and mentor the assigned team to meet divisional targets.
Skills:
- Strong experience in structuring transactions with private equity, NBFCs, and banks.
- Networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of real estate finance regulations in MMR.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
