Experience: 10+ years in Business Development within the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in the Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EPC/LSTK projects, client relationship management, and strategic business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.

- Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new technologies.

- ollaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development activities.

- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within the Oil & Gas industry.

- Proven track record of securing and executing high-value EPC/LSTK projects.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- In-depth understanding of Oil & Gas market dynamics, industry regulations, and project execution.

- Ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives.

- Willingness to travel as required.
