Job Role - Sales & Business Development
Product - HVAC
Experience: 4-10 years (preferably in HVAC project sales)
Industry: HVAC / MEP / Construction / Building Services
Qualification - Bachelor's/Master's degree in mechanical engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new project-based business opportunities in HVAC systems.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
- Meet with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, and end clients to promote HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals tailored to client/project requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat and referral business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing connections with builders, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Knowledge of tendering and government project bidding (if applicable).
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents
