Experience : 3 - 5 years , Experience strategy or handling products like Business Loans /LAP/ Housing Loan/rural lending/MFI segment in an NBFC/SFB/Bank (No Sales Manager )
Industry: Banks/ NBFC/ Small Finance Bank/ Micro Finance Bank only
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
Job Description:
1. Enable business function to deliver targets across by supporting the Sales teams and providing actionable insights and interventions
2. Driving go-live and productivity ramp of new branch openings across 6+ states
3. Identifying areas of improvement for growing business and working with cross-functional teams to improve the same by driving innovations across hiring, learning & development, training, incentives, reviews, etc.
4. Responsible for driving process excellence & policy adherence in the business function
5. Developing periodic performance review reports & presentations. Drive data-backed decision- making for improvement in business performance basis the reviews
Requirements:
6. 3-5 years of strategy or product experience in business loan/LAP/home loan product and/or in rural lending/MFI segment in an NBFC/SFB/Bank. Avoid sales manager profiles.
7. MBA, preferably from a high quality rural focused institute. Target institutions include FMS, IRMA,XIMB, NMIS etc.
8. Finds fulfillment in collaborative and people-centric work environments
9. Strong analytical skills and proficient with excel
10. Thrives in a high-growth, dynamic work environment
