Roles and responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients within the staffing industry.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects.
- Team handling and performance management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in business development/sales of IT services Staffing.
- At least 3+ years of team-handling experience.
- Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing, demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
