We are hiring Business Development Manager _ IT Services for an MNC.

Business Development Manager (BDM) - IT Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in IT services, focusing on Data & Analytics, AWS, and GCP solutions.

- Identify and pursue business opportunities, preferably within BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning IT services with their specific needs.

- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud and data solutions.

- Stay updated on market trends and industry challenges to identify growth opportunities.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in selling IT services, especially Data & Analytics, AWS, and GCP solutions.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and emerging IT trends.

- Experience in business development for BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing sectors is preferred.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to craft and deliver compelling proposals and business cases tailored to specific industries.

- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Effective collaboration with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations
