About the Role:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution.

- This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to generate qualified leads and drive business growth.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in response to client requirements.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify threats and opportunities.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of prospects to clients.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, sales performance, forecasts, and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition IT

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
