Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for IT services, including Web & Mobile App Development and Digital Marketing.
- Business Expansion: Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and
consultative selling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Work closely with marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project onboarding.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years in IT Sales (Web & Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
- Networking Skills: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong ability to handle high-value deals and negotiations.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
