Job Title: Business Development Manager.


Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office).


Experience: 4+ years. Working Hours: 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the IT software sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, client management, and market research..


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and generating leads..


Client Needs Assessment:


- Understand and assess the needs of potential clients to offer tailored solutions and proposals..


Negotiation & Sales:


- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients and close deals effectively.


Client Communication:


- Build and maintain relationships with clients through emails, phone calls, social networks, and face-to-face meetings..


Sales Opportunity Identification:


- Use market intelligence to identify opportunities and pre-empt competition in target accounts..


Proposal Creation:


- Develop customized proposals for clients based on their requirements and business goals..


Database Management:


- Create and maintain a database of potential clients, validating information and understanding their requirements..


Relationship Building:


- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business..


- Team Management:


- Guide, lead, and support your team in achieving business development goals and ensuring overall sales targets are met..


Required Experience And Qualifications.


- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, specifically in the IT software industry..


- Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and sales negotiation.. Strong expertise in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.


- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.. Strong team management skills and experience leading a sales team.
