We are hiring for a high-growth Industrial Solutions & Automation startup solving critical safety, inspection, and operations challenges for factories and large manufacturing facilities. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and wants to scale sales in a niche but rapidly growing sector.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in the industrial safety & plant operations domain
- Identify and engage decision-makers across factories, plants, and large facilities
- Pitch automation and inspection solutions effectively to technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Manage daily reporting formats, MOM (minutes of meetings), and CRM updates
Client Engagement & Solutioning:
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for client requirements
- Travel as required to client sites, plants, and factories for meetings and relationship-building
- Ensure successful execution and client satisfaction through project lifecycle
Performance & Growth:
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets
- Drive structured reporting and data-backed sales strategies
- Leverage incentives, bonuses, and rapid career growth opportunities for high performance
Skills Required:
- 3-10 years' experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (industrial, manufacturing, plant/factory safety, or automation preferred)
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to simplify technical solutions into business impact
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, reporting & pipeline tracking
- Experience working with Safety Heads, Plant Managers, or Operations Leaders is a strong plus
- Target-oriented mindset with readiness to travel as needed
