Responsibilties:
- Initiate engagement with targeted hospitality/ educational accounts, property developers, consultants and lead the opportunity development process.
- Establish strong partnerships with key purchasing decision makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers in the hospitality industry.
- Manage the sales cycles and take the lead role in positioning and selling AV solutions with the technical team and channel partners.
- Prospect for potential customers using various communication methods such as personal network, marketing events or social media.
- Generate and manage a healthy and high-growth sales pipeline via aggressive prospecting activities and convert them into close deals
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Required Competencies/Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience selling into the Hospitality / Education Industry
- An ambitious and resilient personality with the hunger to overachieve the sales quota
- Sales hunter experience within the IT or Pro AV industry
- Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of corporate culture and best business practices
- Experience and proven track record of success negotiating and closing deals with end users
- A clear understanding of the companys play & positionin
