We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This pivotal role will focus on identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and significantly expanding our company's presence within the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the F&B industry, possess a strong sales acumen, and have a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the F&B industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint within the F&B sector.
- Identify and explore new market segments and geographic regions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and business development activities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Food & Beverage industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, or similar sectors).
- Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including key trends, customer behavior, supply chain, and competitor landscape.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Strong understanding of sales principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
