We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales and a proven track record in HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Caf) sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry, and ensuring the company's offerings are aligned with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the hospitality and HORECA sectors.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments.

Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for expansion.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet company targets and increase market share in the hospitality sector.

Product Knowledge: Provide clients with expert knowledge on the company's offerings and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs in the hospitality space.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to refine strategies and meet goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality or HORECA industry.

- Strong understanding of HORECA sales and the unique needs of clients in the hospitality sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
