Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

- In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities within the healthcare sector.

- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop and execute sales strategies, and contribute to the overall expansion of our business.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the healthcare industry, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the market.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other relevant organizations.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the healthcare industry.

- Network with industry professionals and attend relevant conferences and events.

- Represent the company at industry events and build brand awareness.

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector in Bangalore.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and articulate complex healthcare solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Experience selling specific healthcare solutions or services (e. , medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare IT, diagnostics).

- Knowledge of the Bangalore healthcare market and regulatory environment.

- Experience with enterprise sales.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Business Development within the Healthcare industry
