Rural Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (ruralnaukri.com) is looking to hire a business development manager who will be responsible to perform following functions.
- Meet clients in India and abroad for promoting company's recruitment business among large MNCs and Indian companies in Foods and Agriculture space.
- Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to acquire new business.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
- Search suitable candidates for the different open positions advised by the client.
Experience:
- MBA from a premier institute is mandatory.
- Skills in Business Development, preferably B2B.
Skills:
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients PAN India and abroad.
- Flawless and good English communication skills
- Confidence of communicating at leadership level
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to take responsibility
