Job Description:


As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Your deep understanding of the local market and education trends will be the key to unlocking growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and approach potential clients (institutions, schools, training centers) in your assigned geographical area.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.


- Sales Closure: Drive the complete sales cycle from pitching solutions to closing deals.


- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with EdTech trends and competitor offerings.


- Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide detailed reports to leadership.


- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.


What Were Looking For:


- Experience: 35 years of B2B sales experience in the EdTech domain is a MUST.


- Geographical Expertise: Thorough understanding of the business ecosystem and educational institutions in your area.


- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus).


- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, online demo platforms, and basic digital tools.


- Self-Starter: Energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven mindset.


- Education: (MBA preferred)
