Job Summary:

- This role requires travel and a keen ability to conduct industry research and mapping to onboard new clients both in India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard corporate HNI clients for hiring services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business in India and overseas.
- Conduct industry research and mapping to identify potential business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Create and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed business targets through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and build partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough industry research and market analysis.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
