They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Asst Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the construction materials industry, with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and industry trends.
- Track and analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in sales within the construction materials (aluminum formwork) industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required.
