We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in the IT industry, in this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving sales, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
You will leverage your expertise in IT solutions and services to expand our client base, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Development (I. Industry).
- 5+ years of selling Cloud, Infra and Cybersecurity services in India market.
- Handled 2Cr & above target.
- Proven track record in Managed Services sales with mid-sized clients.
- Collaborate with channel partners to expand the reach and drive sales through their networks.
- Strong CXO/CIO Connect.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and other key platforms is a plus.
Skills required:
- Market Expertise Strong knowledge of Mumbai, Pune, ROM markets with personal connects.
- Multi-domain Sales Experience Can pitch across different industries and products.
- Partner Ecosystem Exposure Experience with Partners, ISVs, SIs, OEMs to push products.
- Enterprise Experience Should have large enterprise & CXO-level engagement exposure.
- Proven Sales Ability Strong communication, ability to sell, handle enterprise accounts.
