Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Reporting to: VP (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: 4-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales & business development in Pharma, Food, and FMCG sectors.
- Build client relationships, position solutions, and achieve sales targets.
- Network at industry events and maintain performance metrics.
- Engage in industry insights and report on sales performance.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office & business tools.
Qualification:
- MBA (Preferred: MBA + B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)
- Preferred Age: 25-30 years
