Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and continuously communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Track all sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- 34 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and capable of drawing insights from market intelligence and customer feedback
