Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

- Develop and manage business development budgets and control costs.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proficiency in using CRM and sales analytics tools.

- Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
