Job Description :

The Marketing Communications Manager has to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, creating and distributing marketing materials across various channels.


This role also involves managing brand identity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign results, and optimizing marketing budgets to drive effective marketing initiatives.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Plan, create, and distribute marketing materials, including campaigns, promotions, and content across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).



3. Manage and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging across all communications.



4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure aligned messaging and campaigns.



5. Analyze campaign results, track metrics, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.



6. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.



7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.


Profile:

1. Heavy experience in retail is absolutely necessary (5 years+)

2. Masters education in sales/marketing is preferred



3. Current/preferred location to be Gurgaon



4. Strong marketing and communications expertise, experience in celebrity management is key



5. Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills



6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities



7. Project management and organizational skills



8. Data analysis and interpretation skills



9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment



10. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
