Job Title: Banking & Treasury Manager

Location: Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Banking & Treasury professional to lead and manage funding, liquidity, cash flow, and treasury operations for our financial services business. The role involves strategic treasury planning, risk management, investment optimization, and relationship management with banks and financial institutions, ensuring seamless cash and fund flow for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking & Fund Management:

- Oversee daily fund management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and regulatory obligations.

- Manage bank relationships, including credit facilities, loans, and fund arrangements.

- RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/LC/BG transactions

- Negotiate bank charges, interest rates, and credit terms to optimize cost of funds.

Treasury Management:

- Develop and implement treasury policies and cash flow strategies to improve liquidity and profitability.

- Manage short-term and long-term investments, including FDs, mutual funds, and other instruments.

- Oversee hedging and risk management for foreign exchange (Wherever applicable).

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and internal financial policies, pertaining to Fund management

Strategic Financial Planning:

- Prepare fund flow forecasts and working capital projections for management.

- Support strategic decision-making on capital allocation and investment opportunities.

- Improve efficiency and return on idle funds.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Supervise daily reconciliations, fund MIS, and management dashboards.

- Lead internal and statutory audits for treasury and banking operations.

- Ensure timely regulatory reporting and adherence to all financial compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow management, and banking products.

- Strong relationship management skills with banks and financial institutions.

- Expertise in fund planning, investment strategies, and cost optimization.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and treasury software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in banking and treasury operations, preferably in financial services, broking, or NBFCs.

- Strong understanding of SEBI, RBI, and corporate treasury regulations.
