Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Management
- Handle incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline by generating referrals, networking, and local market outreach.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Conduct sales presentations, virtual tours, and site visits to showcase project features.
- Understand customer requirements, financial considerations, and lifestyle aspirations to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and closing deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for buyers, building strong trust and long-term relationships.
- Assist buyers with financing options by coordinating with banks and housing finance institutions.
- Guide clients through legal and documentation processes (RERA, registration, agreements).
- Provide regular updates on construction progress, possession timelines, and handover processes.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay updated with local real estate trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
- Share insights with the management team for pricing strategies, promotions, and product improvements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
5. Post-Sales Service:
- Ensure smooth customer handover and address concerns related to registration, possession, or society formation.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships to drive referrals and repeat buyers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, local language preferred).
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and handle objections tactfully.
- Good understanding of real estate laws, RERA, home loan processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork/site visits.
- Tech-savvy (CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, digital sales presentations).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-7 years of experience in B2C real estate sales (residential projects).
- Experience in handling high-ticket sales (- 50 lakhs and above) is a strong advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and real estate interest may also be considered for junior roles.
