About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to lead B2B Corporate Sales for our Software & Controls portfolio in the automotive sector. This role focuses on acquiring new business and managing existing OEM and Tier 1 accounts, with a strong emphasis on advanced automotive software solutions such as ADAS, BMS, VCU, and electrification systems.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
- Drive sales and marketing of automotive software and controls solutions.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities while nurturing existing relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical presentations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle-from lead generation to deal closure.
- Handle commercial and technical negotiations in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Provide market and customer insights to support company growth objectives.
Coordination & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with customer technical and procurement teams to support project execution.
- Collaborate with global sales teams on shared accounts and opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure solution alignment.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Strategically grow key accounts and develop new strategic partnerships.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Mechanical, or related) or Industrial/Business Administration.
- Strong experience in automotive software sales and B2B technical selling.
- Understanding of vehicle engineering, powertrain systems, and electrification.
- Good foundation in business strategy and commercial operations.
Technical/Product Experience (Preferred):
- ASW (Application Software) - TCU, VCU
- BSW (Basic Software) - COM, CDD, Bootloader
- FUSA - Functional Safety
- Electric Vehicle Software - Electrification, BMS (Battery Management System), VCU (Vehicle Control Unit)
- ADAS - Advanced Driver Assistance Systems
- Powertrain Engineering Software
