Manager - Audit Quality - CA

About the Role

Join our 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) team and play a key role in enhancing Audit Quality by providing real-time support and coaching to engagement teams before audit opinions are signed.

This is a non-client facing role, ideal for professionals from Statutory Audit who are looking to transition into Audit Quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Independent reviews of high-risk & audit focus areas.

- Ensure KAM & Indian Auditing Standards compliance.

- Coach and support audit teams for better on-the-job learning.

- Drive efficiency in audit approaches.

- Contribute to broader Quality & Risk initiatives (Audit milestone monitoring, Q&R MIS reporting, Standardization, Specialist engagement, Audit quality projects).

Skills & Competencies

- CA Mandatory.

- 5-10 years experience in Statutory Audit / Audit Quality.

- Strong understanding of KAM & Auditing Standards.

- Excellent communication & drafting skills.

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred).
