Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience, with a proven ability to manage financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and optimize business performance.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an added advantage, enabling the candidate to enhance financial processes and reporting.
- This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, compliance, and risk assessment.
-The Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with the organization's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and decision-making.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with business goals.
-Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and cash flow to optimize resources and support strategy.
ERP System Management & Process Optimization:
- Optimize ERP systems for automated reporting and seamless data integration.
- Train teams to enhance ERP utilization and process efficiency.
Cost & Revenue Management:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure timely tracking of budgets and forecast.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:
- Provide financial insights to business units and external partners.
- Mentor and develop the finance team for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
