We're Hiring: Manager - Analytics (Customer Insights) | Remote | GCC
Seeking a Manager, Analytics - Customer Insights (IC Role) to lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives . This role involves project management, data analytics, and collaboration with US teams to enhance customer experience. Leverage SAS BI, Verint, and Qualtrics to drive impactful business solutions.
Location: Remote (India-based)
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Experience: 2+ years in SAS, SQL, Python, and project management (Jira, Agile) with exposure to Voice of Customer (VOC) data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data warehouse, data lake, and file management teams to ensure VOC data accuracy.
- Work on end-to-end analytics projects - from scoping to delivery, solving business problems through advanced analytics.
- Use analytical techniques & automation to generate insights, improve decision-making, and reduce cycle time.
- Deliver projects with a focus on timelines, accuracy, and compliance.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and special projects to enhance analytics capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in SQL, SAS, Python or similar programming languages.
- Proficiency in Tableau and project management tools (Jira, Agile).
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and operating systems.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
