Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location : Pune, India

Shift Timings : Rotational / Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Experience : 2 - 8 Years

Education: MBA (preferred)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our affiliate program.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new affiliates, fostering strong relationships, and optimizing performance to drive revenue growth.

- You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our affiliate campaigns, from recruitment and onboarding to performance analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize, develop, and execute the company's affiliate marketing program.

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (publishers, content creators, influencers, etc. ) that align with our brand and target audience.

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their performance and engagement.

- Negotiate commission structures and promotional terms with affiliates.

- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

- Ensure brand guidelines are followed by all affiliates.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate marketing technologies.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, creative) to develop new campaigns and promotional materials for affiliates.

Qualifications:

- Solid experience in managing affiliate marketing programs, either in-house or at an agency.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and grow a network of affiliates.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms (Partnerize, Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate).

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred
