Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager - Administration to lead and manage the Head Office administration.
- The role involves overseeing daily operations, vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor the HO administration team, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
- Handle vendor contracts, procurement, travel desk, guest house, cafeteria, and transport.
- Ensure statutory compliance, develop SOPs, and maintain governance standards.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and provide a safe, comfortable workplace.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, optimize costs, and report operations to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in facility management, vendor contracts, and office operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems; attention to detail under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree required); MBA/PG in Admin/Operations preferred.
- 10-15 years of proven administration experience in building material, manufacturing, or corporate sector.
