Role Summary

We're seeking a commercially astute Ad Sales Manager to lead brand partnerships, content monetization, and sponsorship strategy across digital and experiential platforms. This role demands a sharp understanding of brand storytelling, client servicing, and revenue generation in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end monetization of branded content, social media assets, and event sponsorships

- Build and manage relationships with brand marketers and media agencies-60% field engagement

- Co-create hyperlocal and national campaigns with cross-functional teams

- Deliver high-quality client servicing and campaign execution under tight timelines

- Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into scalable business opportunities

Ideal Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in ad sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorships

- Proven ability to drive revenue through content-led and experiential formats

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

- Ownership mindset with the ability to lead strategic conversations independently

- Exposure to digital-first brands, media platforms, or consumer tech is a plus

- Team leadership experience preferred but not mandatory
