- Manage and mentor a team of ad sales professionals, ensuring they learn and deliver against set KRAs.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Ensure that the team is executing the sales strategies, managing sales territories and leveraging the right resources to optimize the results.
