Job Title: Management Trainee - Operations

Overview:

Management Trainee (MT) - Operations/Manufacturing/Production/Supply Chain/Quality/EHS is designed to develop the next generation of leaders by providing young professionals the opportunity to rotate across diverse functions, gain hands-on experience, and build a solid foundation in operations management. During the first year, MTs will undergo structured training and exposure across critical functions including:

Manufacturing & Production

Supply Chain

Quality

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Through this comprehensive exposure, trainees will gain an in-depth understanding of plant operations, develop cross-functional skills, and prepare for key leadership roles within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.Tech/Engineering background (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Production, or related fields preferred)

MBA/PGDM with focus on Operations, Supply Chain, or General Management from:

Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (IIT Bombay)

NITIE (PGDIM)

Top 10 IIMs

Batch: Primarily 2025 pass-outs. Open to 2024 pass-outs currently employed and willing to join as MTs

Prior factory or operations exposure is advantageous but not mandatory
