Management Trainee - Defence & Aerospace Domain Startup

- Our client, a startup in the Defence and Aerospace domain, is looking for a bright young talent to join their company as a Management Trainee.

- The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of Sales & Business Development to Defence and government clients.

- On completion of the training period, the MT will be absorbed as an Assistant Manager in the company.

Educational qualifications : BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering + MBA Marketing.

- Good communication skills are essential along with a great work ethic. This is a work from office position with no remote working option.

- Candidates need to be dynamic and open to learning new skills in a supportive, high tech and fast changing environment.
