- Objectives of this role : This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture and ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to achieve organisational success.

- L&D Manager will drive the organisations learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with the company's goals and future workforce needs.

- Drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth ad engagement across all levels of the organisation

- Identify learning needs in collaboration with department heads, management team and

- HR to drive development programs. Develop a training calendar for the year.

- Design, deliver and manage development programs, technical training, soft skills enhancement and other role specific learning initiatives

- Oversee the creation of internal training programs and select external vendors where necessary to deliver specialized training

- Create individual development plans, develop career development pathways and succession planning initiatives to ensure the long term growth of key employees

- Facilitate training workshop, webinars and eLearning solutions that cater to diverse learning styles and geographical locations. Introduce gamification, virtual solutions to enhance the learning experience

- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs, employee engagement, performance improvement, retention.

- Regularly report on L&D program success adjusting strategies based on feedback and data. Track employee certifications.

- Manage the L&D budget effectively balancing the delivery or high-quality learning solutions with cost-efficiency. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of training solutions and partnerships with external providers.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Certifications in L&D. Experience with recognised L&D methodologies

- Degree in any stream or Human Resources or Masters in HR
